About Vicky's Island Hop
Our Mission
Vicky's Island Hop offers a unique spin on Fusion Caribbean Catering, Meal Prep & Personal Chef services, that take customers on a culinary journey through the diverse flavors of the Caribbean. Owner/Chef Victoria combines her Puerto Rican and Haitian background and culture with cuisines from multiple Caribbean countries. Our goal is not only to provide a culinary experience, but also to make an impact in our community through providing healthier food choices and community outreach through Island Hop Cares. We plan on continuing to support our community through initiatives like offering free meals to the homeless, providing on the job training, mentorship opportunities, and partnering with local organizations.
